Yakkers Club – Terms & Conditions

Membership

1. The Yakkers Club is operated by Yakinori and is free to join.
2. Members must register with a valid email address to participate.
3. Membership is personal to the registered individual and cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
4. Members are responsible for keeping their account details up to date.

Earning Points

1. Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases at participating Yakinori restaurants.
2. Points can only be earned by scanning or presenting your digital loyalty card at the time of purchase.
3. Points cannot be added retrospectively if your loyalty card was not presented during the transaction.
4. Points are awarded on the final amount paid after any discounts, promotions or vouchers have been applied.
5. Gift card purchases, delivery platform orders (unless stated otherwise), gratuities and other excluded items may not qualify for points.

Rewards

1. Members unlock rewards when they reach the following points thresholds:
   • 100 points = £5 reward
   • 200 points = £10 reward
   • 500 points = £25 reward
2. Rewards will be issued by email once the qualifying points balance has been reached.
3. Rewards must be redeemed by presenting the voucher in participating restaurants.
4. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards.
5. Only one reward voucher may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.
6. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or voucher unless expressly permitted by Yakinori.
7. No change will be given where the value of a reward exceeds the purchase value.

Birthday Reward

1. Members who provide their date of birth will receive a birthday reward of 200 bonus points.
2. To qualify, your date of birth must be registered before your birthday and you must have at least two transactions on your account. 
3. Yakinori reserves the right to request proof of age before issuing or redeeming a birthday reward.
4. Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year and are non-transferable.

Refunds

1. If a purchase that earned points is refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.
2. If a reward was earned or redeemed through a refunded transaction, Yakinori reserves the right to adjust your points balance or cancel the reward.

Expiry

1. Reward vouchers may be subject to an expiry date shown on the voucher.
2. Unused rewards will expire after the stated validity period and cannot be reinstated.

General

1. Yakinori reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel membership where fraud, misuse or abuse of the scheme is suspected.
2. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Yakinori may amend, suspend or withdraw the Yakkers Club or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be published on the Yakinori website.
4. Participation in the Yakkers Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Personal information collected as part of the scheme will be processed in accordance with Yakinori’s Privacy Policy.
6. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

 

 

T&C’s Christmas Giveaway 

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Employees of Yakinori and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• Comment on the giveaway Christmas post and tagging a user.
• Follow the @YakinoriUk account
• Like the post giveaway Christmas post.

3. Prize:

• The winner will receive a Christmas hamper worth £400
• The voucher contains a £50 gift voucher and a £100 meal for four voucher which must be redeemed by 31st December 2025. 
• You will need to redeem your prize at the nearest Yakinori (Selly Oak, Solihull, Bristol, or New Street Birmingham)

4. Winner Selection:

• One winner will be selected from all eligible entries.
• The winners will be notified via direct message or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

5. Closing Date:

• The giveaway closes on December 17th, 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT, and winners will be notified on  December 18th, 2024, at midday.

6. General Terms:

• By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Yakinori reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time.
• Yakinori is not responsible for any technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the giveaway.

T&C’s Bank Holiday Giveaway 

WE’VE GOT YOUR BILL COVERED UNTIL 2025!

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Yakinori employees and their immediate family.
2. Prize: The prize is unlimited Yakinori until 2025. The exact terms and conditions of the prize will be determined by Yakinori at its sole discretion. With £50 spending per month from September 1st  until December 30th. A total of four bills will be covered to the value of £200. All entries will be pulled together across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for one winner.
3. Entry: To enter, you must [follow our page, like the competition post, and tag a friend.] Multiple entries are permitted. Competition is open from 25th August – 11:59pm 1st September 2024. 
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday, 2nd September 2024. The winner will be notified via direct messages.
5. Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a new winner may be selected.
6. No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Data Protection: Your personal data will be used for the purpose of this competition only and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability: Yakinori accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this competition or the prize.

T&C’s Characters Giveaway

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Employees of Yakinori and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, simply leave a comment below this post with at least one name for one of our five Yaki-squad characters.
• Each participant is allowed one entry per social media account.
• At Yakinori sites, please use our ‘colour me in’ sheet and add your suggested names to the characters to enter and give to a member of Yakinori staff.

3. Prize:

• The winner will receive a free meal for themselves and their family, two adults and two kids. There are five prizes in total. 
• The meal will be redeemable at Yakinori Bristol, Solihull or Selly Oak.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

4. Winner Selection:

• Five winners will be selected from all eligible entries.
• The winners will be notified via direct message or email.
• £75 spend per family (2 adults, 2 children) for 5 different winners.
