Hamelton Notlemah (Hamthehuman)

I took part in a sushi workshop run by Saunti and Mo - they were absolutely excellent, very entertaining. We made so much sushi and tasted a lot too, learning about all the varieties before giving them a go. We got to take home the sushi we made/ didn’t eat. Even had a shot of sake at the end. Worth every penny. They were VERY accommodating to me being vegan, with super tasty alternatives - and I didn’t have to remind them once that I was vegan, they clocked it and made me feel very comfortable. If you’re thinking of booking the sushi workshop for a birthday or an event, do it!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and was seated immediately. Had the Firecracker Chicken Poke & the Sriracha Tuna Poke. Both were served super quick by Rupak, who was a lovely, smiling guy! The bowls were super tasty, with just the right amount of spice! Would definitely visit again and encourage others to do so as well!
